Gina Mills

Gina Mills is an Associate at Rickard Luckin. She advises across various areas of tax, including:
- Probate (authorised by ICAEW)
- Inheritance Tax (IHT) and estate planning
- UK trusts and trust administration, Capital Gains Tax (CGT)
- HMRC enquiries
- General personal tax.
Gina originally trained as a Chartered Accountant and then a Chartered Tax Adviser with our predecessor firm, Rickard Keen, before going on to become a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), receiving a national prize in the process.
More recently, Gina has undertaken the training and exam to become a licensed Probate Practitioner with the ICAEW and spends a significant portion of her work in this area, where she 'enjoys' helping steer clients through this difficult time.
Outside of work, Gina is actively involved with scouting and is involved in the planning of taking the UK Contingent to the next World Scout Jamboree in Poland.
