Kim Aaronricks

Head of Marketing | Chelmsford

Kim Aaronricks is our Head of Marketing, responsible for shaping and delivering the firm’s marketing strategy. Working closely with team members across the firm, Kim ensures that marketing is recognised as a key driver of growth, supporting the firm’s mission to help clients realise their potential and achieve their aims.

Having joined Rickard Luckin in 2013, Kim was promoted to Head of Marketing in 2025. A Chartered Marketer and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), she holds a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing and is also an alumnus of the Mini MBA in Marketing with Mark Ritson.

Before moving into professional services, Kim studied Editorial and Advertising Photography at the Kent Institute of Art and Design. After graduating in 2003, she built a varied career spanning telesales, retail, publishing, and digital design, and a few years as a freelance mural artist, while also taking time out to raise her two daughters. This breadth of experience continues to shape her creative and strategic approach to marketing today.
