Paul Forster

Paul Forster is a Director within our Audit and Accounts Team and works with a broad range of clients. His portfolio includes owner-managed companies to subsidiaries of international groups.
Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Paul gained a wealth of experience in regional and international practices, advising clients from many sectors.
Paul works with colleagues from the Audit and Accounts Team and other specialists from within the firm to help clients meet their goals. He enjoys working with a wide range of clients from a variety of sectors and also specialises in the manufacturing, distribution and logistics sectors, heading up the firms Manufacturing Team.
Paul is a member of our leadership team, a member of the ICAEW (the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and is also one of the firm’s Responsible Individuals (RI).
Paul has gained a great deal of experience working with businesses of all shapes and sizes – each with their own goals, aspirations and challenges to overcome.
He believes that maintaining and developing close working relationships with clients is essential to fully understanding their businesses and delivering the best service possible. The most rewarding part of the job is getting to know a client’s business and the people who work within it, to be able to support and advise effectively.
With compliance and reporting becoming more and more complex year on year, clients appreciate having complex matters explained in plain English.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys walking and sailing. He has completed several RYA (Royal Yachting Association) courses and is now up to the level of Coastal Skipper and enjoys getting out on the water whenever he can.
