Terri Smith

Terri Smith is a Client Services Director and has been part of the team since 1996. She is a Fellow member of ICAEW (the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and ACCA (the Association of Chartered Accountants).
Terri has a wide scope of expertise, working with clients across several sectors including leisure and hospitality, logistics, transport and retail. She is also a member of the firm’s specialist Construction, Land and Property Team. She is also a CAA ATOL reporting accountant, which means that she is able to support clients in the tourist and hospitality industries by ‘auditing’ their ATOL and CAA reports to meet those regulatory requirements.
Terri works with companies ranging from large groups to family firms, as well as new business start-ups, providing each one with a tailored service to grow their business and achieve their aims. She strongly believes in building and developing strong partnerships with her clients over time; she particularly enjoys meeting with clients to discuss their aspiration and business needs, identifying the best solutions to help in achieving these.
Terri works closely with other teams around the firm to ensure that she is able to give her clients an all-round, high-quality service.
Terri prides herself on the personal approach and being part of her client’s team, and clients have previously commented on how she gets a job done in a professional and timely manner.
Outside of work, Terri enjoys walking, travelling, sampling nice wines and good food and spending time with her animals. She is also a certified pyro-technician.
