Effective from 1 July 2024, Dean McCormack was appointed as Director within our SME Team, while Sarah Parsons and Catherine Pinner were promoted to Associates, and Alex Cook advanced to Manager within the firm. Gina Mills was also promoted to Associate and oversees the firms Estates and Probate services.

Looking ahead, as of 1 January 2025, Jodie Gammon will step into the role of Director in our SME Team, Sam Habermel will be promoted to Associate in our Large Business Team, and both Matthew Coppen and Andy Paul will take on Manager positions in our Large and Small Business Teams respectively.

This latest announcement builds on earlier successes in 2024. Harriet Stedman was promoted to HR Adviser, and Abbie Fuller, Holly Bradly, Sophie, and Emma Williams were all promoted to Personal Assistant roles earlier this year.

These promotions span various teams across the firm, highlighting our commitment to nurturing talent and recognising excellence.
