Celebrating family business success at the National Family Business of the Year Awards 2025

19/06/2025

The Rickard Luckin team was proud to attend the National Family Business of the Year Awards 2025, held at the prestigious Royal Geographical Society in South Kensington, London.

It was an inspiring evening filled with stories of resilience, innovation, and dedication; all qualities that are synonymous with successful family-owned enterprises.

As a long-standing supporter of the family business sector, we were delighted to sponsor the Entrepreneurship category for the East & East Anglia region, which recognises the ambition and achievements of businesses driven by entrepreneurial spirit across generations.

Kevin Thomas had the honour of presenting the award to this year’s deserving winners, Cambridge Juice Company:

“It was a real privilege to present the Entrepreneurship Award to Cambridge Juice Company and to witness firsthand the passion and drive that family-owned businesses bring to the UK economy. The stories shared throughout the evening were incredibly inspiring and a reminder of why we do what we do – supporting these businesses to achieve their potential.”

"Congratulations to all the finalists and winners – your hard work, dedication, and leadership are what continue to make the family business sector so vital and vibrant."

Also in attendance was Sarah Parsons , who shared:

“What stood out most was the sense of pride and purpose that runs through every family business. These awards celebrate more than just commercial success – they celebrate legacy, community, and the strength of relationships. It was a pleasure to be part of such a positive and celebratory occasion.”
