Our client portal, OneClick, is a gateway for you to interact with us online. More specifically, it is used for securely sharing documents, services and information between us.
OneClick is all about making life easier when it comes to collaborative working, improving the quality and connectivity when communicating with the team here at Rickard Luckin.
So what are the immediate benefits from OneClick?
1. It provides a secure messaging facility to those team members at Rickard Luckin working for you. All messages are encrypted - your messages will be private and confidential and only received by the addressee.
2. It provides a secure file exchange. You can easily and securely sent us documents or large data files without size limits.
3. We can sent you documents to approve electronically. This will save you time, as you will not need to print the document, sign and then scan or post back to us. This includes: Tax returns, VAT returns, Payroll, Accounts and related forms, and Company secretarial forms.
If you are not already set up with OneClick, you can request an activation email with instructions taking you through the setup process by either contacting your usual Rickard Luckin contact, or emailing Kevin Thomas at firstname.lastname@example.org who will gladly help you set up your OneClick account.
