Jess Allen promoted to Associate

Jess Allen has been promoted to Associate within our Corporate Tax Team.

Since joining Rickard Luckin four years ago, Jess has continued to develop her technical expertise and advisory skills, becoming a trusted member of the team and taking an increasingly active role in leading client projects. Her promotion recognises both her professional growth and the valuable contribution she has made to clients and colleagues alike.

Jess said:

"I’m really pleased to be stepping into the role of Tax Associate. Since joining RL four years ago, I’ve worked with a great team and supportive managers on a variety of advisory projects, which have played an important role in my development.

I’m grateful for the journey so far and look forward to building on this in my new role - continuing to support clients, contributing to the team’s growth, and further developing my interest in corporate restructures/reorganisations."

Natalija Rynkevic promoted to Associate

Natalija Rynkevic has also been promoted to Associate within our Company Secretarial Team.

Since joining the firm in December 2023, Natalija has played an important role in strengthening and developing our Company Secretarial offering. Through her commitment, expertise, and collaborative approach, she has become a highly valued member of the team. This promotion reflects the positive impact she has made both within her department and across the wider firm.

Natalija said:

"I am delighted to be stepping into the role of Associate within the Company Secretarial Team. I’ve really enjoyed developing my experience at Rickard Luckin and working with such a supportive and collaborative team.
