The event brought together a mix of school leavers and graduates keen to explore career opportunities within accountancy. Attendees had the opportunity to speak with Rickard Luckin team members across Audit, Accounts, Corporate Services and Tax, gaining first-hand insight into day-to-day life within the firm. Representatives from First Intuition, the firm’s training partner, were also present to discuss the academic pathway and qualification support available.

RL Director  Terri Smith delivered presentations throughout the evening, outlining the structure of the training programme, professional development opportunities and the support available at each stage of qualification.

Reflecting on the event, Terri said:

"This was a super evening with so much positive energy and fantastic feedback received from attendees. It was so good to hear our team talking with such pride and enthusiasm for RL and their various roles within the team. It really proves that having such a great team is what makes us stand out."

Current trainee Harrison, who supported with tours, added:

"I enjoyed touring round the students that attended the open evening. It felt good to be able to talk about how great a firm we work at and what makes RL different from other firms. It was also nice to learn more about what makes students interested in pursuing a career in accounting. Overall, I think the evening was a success."
