We're thrilled to hit the pitch again, with Rickard Luckin Director Jamie Nice , Associate Dean McCormack , and Tax Manager James Norcott teaming up with Barclays to face off against fellow Southend business professionals at this year's Play on the Pitch event, all in support of Havens Hospices.
Now in its tenth year, the annual charity football match takes place on Thursday 2 May 2024 at Southend United’s Roots Hall Stadium. This event promises to be a fantastic evening, with everyone having the opportunity to take part in activities including a kids penalty shootout, charity auction and charity raffle. Ex-Blues players will also provide their support on the night.
Last year, Play on The Pitch raised a total of £23,364.88 for Havens Hospices – an incredible achievement by Southend’s business community. We’re looking forward to contributing towards this year’s total and encourage everyone to join us for the 10th Anniversary Barclays V Southend Business Professionals charity football match.
Entry is a donation on the gate, food and drink will be available to purchase in the stadium.
